Just 10

10M - general aerobic at 6.15min/M

Nothing very dramatic today. Which is lucky given how dark it was round Port Meadow at 6.30. There was only one point where I nearly ran into the canal. The lack of light stopped me pushing the pace much (I was planning something a little brisker).

Best man duties now call, so no second run.
