Gently back to it

6M recovery run at ~6.15min/M with pack

My planned days off were extended by one thanks to Eurostar delays in Paris. There wasn't much scope for a run in the queue in Gare du Nord.

My cold coincided with my planned rest days fairly well, but I stuck with just one run today because I was feeling pretty ropey this afternoon. Will see how I am tomorrow, but should be over it soon.
