More rest for the viruses

Not feeling v well again. Am a bit torn between running and being scared of giving myself some form of running-induced viral heart problem... the immune system is said to be weakened by excessive exercise (which I admit I do partake) and advice, following a spate of sudden cardiac deaths of cross-coutry skiers in the 70s or 80s, is not to train when you're febrile.

Hopefully back to it tomorrow.
