More gentle running

12M - double; recovery runs x2
6M am recovery run at ~6.30min/M
6M pm recovery run at ~6.30min/M

Still not feeling 100%, but bashed out a couple of gentle ones to and from work.

New Year's resolution: race harder. And nail 2.20 in the marathon.
