Rest!

My rest has started a day early... I had planned a long run today, but am feeling ill. I still nearly went, but thought better of it. I'm now also going to have another two days off (I'm away for the weekend). 80 miles for the week. Hopefully will be better and eager to go on Monday. Will aim for 100 again next week.
