Wed 8/12 - 15M medium long at ~7.15
Thu 9/12 - 10M double; 4M speed session incl 10x200m hill; 6M recovery
Fri 10/12 - 10M general aerobic at ~6.15min/M
Sat 11/12 - 10M mile rep session incl 5x1M uphill at ~6.00min/M
Sun 12/12 - 18M long run at 6.40min/M
