Back to it

21M - double; recovery and medium long runs
6M am recovery run at ~7.00min/M
15M pm medium long run at ~6.30min/M

I'm getting back to normal now I think. Though I felt pretty atrocious this morning... probably largely down to lack of sleep (5 hours - an early start pre-clinic). Several coffees and some fruit juice sorted me out.

I was good by the evening and churned out a decent number of slowish miles back from work. Hopefully I'll be able to get stuck in again tomorrow.
