18 on ice

18M - double; general aerobic and recovery
12M am general aerobic at ~6.30min with pack (on ice)
6M pm recovery run at ~6.30min with pack (on ice)

I took it fairly steady today speed-wise. The snow is in a treacherous icerinkish state in places. But I avoided any incidents (or near misses) and got in a few good miles. It was pretty chilly this morning and I'm looking forward to the thaw whenever it comes.

Might race (cross-country) tomorrow. Will see what the conditions are.
