18 recovery miles

18M - double; recovery run x2
6M am recovery run at ~6.30min/M with pack
12M pm recovery run at ~6.30min/M with pack

Two nice gentle ones today. I feel full of running right now and had to hold myself back a bit. Don't want to tire myself out for tomorrow's speed session. No niggles. And more of energy by the end of the 12 mile one than at the beginning.
