21 slow ones

21M - double; recovery and longish recovery
6M am recovery run at ~6.30min/M
15M pm longish recovery run at ~7.15min/M

A couple of slow ones today. Bit of a tickle in my throat. Hopefully won't turn into anything. Not stiff after yesterday. No niggles.
