Gently back to it

12M - double recovery run
6M am recovery run at ~6.30min/M with pack
6M pm recovery run at ~6.30min/M with pack

I felt much better this morning, so let myself run again. My legs felt funny in the morning especially. A weird combination of low energy / ache and being well rested and full of beans. I found it easy enough to hit a fairly reasonable recovery run pace. Still not 100% well. But should be ok to do something gentle again tomorrow.
