Speed

11M double; recovery run and speed session
6M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M with pack
5M pm incl 3x2K off 90s jog with pack

Another jam-packed day at work. Just enough time on my way home to really nail some 2K reps. I ran them as 6min10s efforts (rather than on my GPS). My legs are pleasingly painful now.
