Fairly simple

14M double; recovery run & general aerobic run
6M am recovery run at ~7.00min/M (with pack)
8M pm general aerobic run at ~6.15min/M (with pack)

I've had to rejig my week again. Various reasons. Including some house-moving-related shenanigans. All worth the hassle though... we're moving North (within London). Before Xmas.

Anyway, I kept it fairly simple today as a result. Two runs. Neither v hard. Looking forward to some good sessions that Ron has lined up for me this week.
