A good session along the river

14M double; recovery run & speed session
6M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M
8M pm speed incl 2000-1600-1200-800-400m session off 120-120-90-60s

Another sneaky spin around a very dark Brockwell Park this morning.

And then a really good speed session along the river. I did the same 2000-1600-1200-800-400m routine as a couple of weeks ago. Felt good. Legs still hurting.

Packing now.
