Some recovery

12M double; recovery run & gen aerobic run
5M am recovery run at ~8.15min/M with pack
7M pm general aerobic run at ~6.00min/M

Another crazily busy day. A good one workwise. But not great for fitting in the miles. My evening run was shorter than I had wanted. But it was a filler day, not a session day. That's tomorrow.
