Quality miles

17M - double; recovery run & fast and slow run
5M am recovery run at ~8.15min/M
12M pm alternating 1M fast (5-5.15min/M) and slow (~6.30min/M)

Yasmin and I had a really nice, easy jaunt in to work this morning as planned. But I had written today off as a no go for a session what with my wisdom tooth extraction yesterday. As it turned out, I felt completely fine, so I decided to go for it this evening.

It was a good session. Twelve miles, alternating fast and slow. The fast ones felt great. I didn't have my GPS, so I just pushed for 5mins15s. But I felt swift and bouncy. And my calves were totally back to normal.
