Wed 6/7 - 25M long run at 6.15min/M (1st half 6.25; 2nd half 6.05)
Thu 7/7 - Rest
Fri 8/7 - Rest
Sat 9/7 - 4M recovery run at ~8.00min/M
Sun 10/7 - 8M incl 10K cross-countryish run in 34.13 (5.28min/M)
TOTAL - 46M
