A bit easier

15M - double; recovery run & general aerobic run
5M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M with pack
10M pm general aerobic run at ~6.30min/M with pack

I took it easier today. It took a while for my legs to loosen up in the morning and I felt pretty ropey for the first mile on the way home too. But I warmed up ok. No niggles.
