24M - double; medium long run & recovery run & exercises
16M am medium long run at 6.50min/M
Core strength exercises (six cycles) pm
8M pm recovery run at ~6.50min/M
Another day with good mileage. But gentler. I felt fine after yesterday's faster session and really enjoyed my runs today. I made it up to Crystal Palace in the morning on what was a fairly slow but longish run. I added some heel raises to work on my calf strength in case that helps the tightness I keep getting.
