Wed 29/6 - 15M double; 5M recov & 10M gen aerobic at 8.30 & 6.30; exercises
Thu 30/6 - 13M double; 5M recov & 8M incl 6x1K at ~5.04min/M off 75s
Fri 1/7 - 21M double; 5.5M recov & 15.5M medium long at ~6.45 with pack
Sat 2/7 - 6M recovery run at ~7.00min/M
Sun 3/7 - 9M gen aerobic run at ~6.15min/M
TOTAL - 92M
