Thu 14/7 - 23M double; 5M recov run & 18M incl 5x1K at 3.0 4-3.06 off 60s
Fri 15/7 - 15M double; 5M recov & 10M gen aerobic runs at ~6.45 & ~6.30 (pack)
Sat 16/7 - 5M recovery run at ~6.30min/M & core strength exercises
Sun 17/7 - 15M double; 10M incl 10K race in 33.02 5.20min/M) & 5M recov run
TOTAL - 105M
