Back to business - 15 miles and some exercises

15M - double; recovery & general aerobic runs & core strength exercises
5M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M with pack
10M pm general aerobic run at ~6.30min/M with pack
Core strength exercises (six cycles)

I'm getting back to proper mileage again this week. And I'm quite looking forward to it. My legs feel good. But I made sure I took it fairly easy today speed-wise. I squeezed in my usual core strength work in front of the evenings Murdoch-bashing on Newsnight. Mo Farah winning again would perhaps have been a better accompaniment, but I've only just found it online.
