Medium long - not too hard

21M - double; recovery run & medium long run & exercises
6M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M with pack
15M pm medium long run at ~6.15min/M
Core strength exercises (six cycles)

A slightly lighter day between to hard days. My evening run today was a 'medium long' run back from Kentish Town to home via work (to get rid of my bag) and Battersea Park (for some extra miles). I took it fairly easy pace-wise so I'm fresh enough for a good session tomorrow.

Some core strength work this evening too.
