Mon 18/7 - 15M double; 5M recov & 10M gen aerobic runs at 6.45 & 6.30
Tue 19/7 - 17M double; 5M recov & 12M alternating fast (5.15) and slow (6.30)
Wed 20/7 - 21M double; 6M recov & 15M med long run at ~6.15 & exercises
Thu 21/7 - 23M double; 6M recov & 15M VO2 max session (30x2m30s hard off 60s)
Fri 22/7 - 16M double; 6M recov & 10M gen aerobic runs at ~6.45min/M
Sat 23/7 - 4M recovery run at ~8.15min/M
Sun 24/7 - 16M including Half Marathon race in 72.52
TOTAL - 112M
