An unscheduled light day

11M - double; recovery run x2
5M am recovery run at ~6.30min/M with pack
6M pm recovery run at ~7.00min/M with pack

I was going to give it some on a crescendo tempo run this evening. But I felt washed out in the afternoon, so took it easy and just ran gently home. Not sure whether to feel pleased with myself for being sensible, or peeved that I'm tired. Perhaps yesterday evening's 12 miler should have been shorter and lighter. It has been my heaviest week since the marathon.
