Mile reps

16M - double; mile rep session & recovery run
10M am incl 5x 5.30min hard off 2-3min with pack
6M pm recovery run at ~6.30min/M

I squeezed in a pack-laden mile rep session on the way to work this morning. It was pretty hard going. Partly because it involved an early early start. Partly because of the pack. Partly because my legs are always a bit heavy after my core strength exercises (the squats I think). But it was good. And I hit a good rhythm.

I also managed a little recovery run late night on the way home from Ron Sexsmith and Anna Calvi at the Royal Festival Hall.
