Just 5!

5M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M with pack
Core strength exercises (six cycles) pm

A light day. Mainly cos I was busy. Probably good for me.

If I wasn't such a freak I wouldn't have fitted in an hour of exercises in the evening. And I wouldn't have considered a day with more than an hour and a half of exercise as a light one.
