Wed 8/6 - 17M double; 12M incl 20x800m hill reps off 45s & 5M recovery
Thu 9/6 - 17M double; 5M recov & 12M gen aerobic runs at ~6.30 & 6.15
Fri 10/6 - 11M double; 5M & 6M recovery runs at ~6.30 & 7.00 with pack
Sat 11/6 - 10M incl 8M tempo run & exercies
Sun 12/6 - 20M long run at 6.40min/M
TOTAL - 107M
