Tue 31/5 - 17M double; 6M recov, 10M gen aerobic at ~6.30 (pack) & exercises
Wed 1/6 - 17M double; 5M recov run & 12M gen aerobic run at ~6.00
Thu 2/6 - 16M double; 5M recov run & 11M incl 4x2K at 5.08-5.10 off 2min jog
Fri 3/6 - 12M double; 5M & 7M recov runs at ~7.00min/M with pack
Sat 4/6 - 5M recovery run at ~6.45min/M
Sun 5/6 - 20M long run at 8.00min/M (0-5M); 6.45 (5-18M) & 5.20 (18-20)
TOTAL - 96M
