Hill reps again - painful ones

17M - double; hill rep session & recovery run
12M am incl 20x800m hill reps (up in 2.45-2.50; down in 2.25-2.30) off 45
5M recovery run at ~6.30min/M

A good, hard day with 800m hill reps today. It was a bit blustery out there and they felt hard from earlyish. And by number 15 of 20 my hamstrings and glutes were burning like crazy on the ups. I just about held my splits to the end.

My evening recovery run was more gentle.
