Easy going

12M - double; recovery runs x2
5M am recovery run at ~7.00min/M with pack
7M pm recovery run at ~7.00min/M with pack

Two very easy ones today. To work and then to Chelsea to see Hugo. Not stiff after yesterday, but the tops of my quads felt a bit tired. I'll run less again tomorrow. Ready for the Dorking 10 mile race on Sunday.
