Five, ten and some exercises

15M double; recovery & general aerobic runs & core strength exercises
5M am recovery run at ~6.30min/M
10M pm general aerobic run at ~6.30min/M with pack
Core strength exercises (six cycles)

I felt pretty fresh today despite yesterday's 20. I was really springy on my legs. My core strength work in the evening seemed to go fast too. No niggles.
