Mon 20/6 - 12M double; 6M recovery runs x2 at ~6.45min/M & exercises
Tue 21/6 - 15M double; 5M recov run & 10M incl 6x1M at 5.00-5.15 off 2 min job
Wed 22/6 - 15M double; 5M recov run & 10M gen aerobic at ~6.30 & exercises
Thu 23/6 - 11M double; 5&6M recovery runs at ~6.45min/M
Fri 24/6 - 22M double; 17M incl 20x800m hills off 45s & 5M recov at ~6.45
Sat 25/6 - 8M recovery run at ~7.00min/M
Sun 26/6 - 20M long run at 6.25min/M (0-10), 5.55 (10-15) & 5.40 (15-20)
TOTAL - 103M
