Recovery

14M - double; recovery & general aerobic runs
5M am recovery run at ~8.15min/M with pack
9M pm general aerobic run at ~6.45min/M with pack

A lighter day. It's still hot. I'm looking forward to something cooler tomorrow. Yasmin nearly expired in the heat I think this morning. And I was drenched at the end of my evening run despite it being run at 10-11pm on my way back from a great meal out with Ron in Canary Wharf.
