Easy easy

13M - double; recovery runs x2
5M am recovery run at 7.00min/M with pack
8M pm recovery run at 6.50min/M

Two easy ones today. I'm TIRED. Last week was my first in two or more months above 100 moles. And a good quantity of them were fast or fastish. Experience tells me though that fatigue is mainly in the mind. Or at least that's the best thing to tell yourself.
