Two recovery runs and some resolutions

12M - double; recovery runs x2
6M am at ~7.00min/M
6M pm at ~7.00min/M

My resolutions for the week are: 1. to sleep more (and only get up early for a long/hard run when I've managed an early night). 2. to eat better. Nutrition must be important. And even if it doesn't improve my times, at least I'll have a shiny coat. I've bought some multivitamins, lots of dried fruit for snacks and have vowed to eath more protein.

Anyway, in line with aim 1, I woke at a normal time having clocked up 7 hours and went for a gentle run in to work along the river. The world cup dictated that I only had time for a gentle one home. And I'm climbing into bed now to allow an early start for a good hard session in the morning. I'm feeling pretty springy again today.
