6 and some weights

6M - recovery run at ~6.45min/M
Weights - 4x6x4kg curls, straight arm raises & squats

Very similar to Monday this one. A gentle pootle in to work along the river and then the same weights session this evening. I've fully recovered from Monday's weights. This one should have less impact again.
