Swimming!

Yes, swimming! An hour of it. I'm crap at crawl, so I stuck with breast stroke. Not that easy to get the heart rate up, but I think it was hovering at 120-140bpm.

I also cycled 15M (gently) in the evening on the way to a pub. Sadly, the lack of running prevented me from managing a triathlon.

In between, I went to see Jamie for a bit of osteopathy. I felt great afterwards. My knee was pain free on walking for the first time today. I'm itching to get back running, but know I should wait.
