My knee needs a rest

Ron suggested I take a few days off running from today. It's probably sensible. My aims are long term and there's no sense in worsening things in mid-July. But it's surprisingly gutting. I think I'm addicted. I was considering fitting in a run this evening and pretending I hadn't yet got his message. But I was good. I'm going to swim instead for a few days.
