An over-cautious day perhaps

1M - aborted run!

I think my knee is ok, but it was feeling a bit tight and a little painful on my way out for my run today. To play it safe - bearing in mind that the target is April, not August, I decided to rest it.

I had no pain later in the day and I may well be being over-cautious. But probably a wise move.
