Another rest for my knee

This was not entirely planned. I had meant to run gently today, but jet lag, work and other plans conspired... and it may be a good thing for the knee, which still hurts a little on walking. We'll see what tomorrow's VO2 max brings. I'm a bit anxious - I don't have confidence that it will stand me putting full power through it.
