Just 6

6M - recovery run with pack at 5.55min/M

Just six miles today. It was at a sharper pace than my usual recovery runs in an effort to stave off my knee troubles... it felt surprisingly easy and my knee was ok. I felt a bit of tightness in the knee at stages, but in retrospect the pain felt different and was more in my quads than ITB. It's probably just me being over-anxious or just a bit of reactive tightness.
