10 on the 'mill

10M - general aerobic at 6.00min/M (treadmill)

I just plodded 10 on the treadmill today - ready for some speed tomorrow morning. I find treadmill running tedious in the extreme - though yesterday was an exception because there was a diverting 'Medical Mysteries' program on the telly near me. Today just presented me with the choice between a blank wall and a cookery program for the obese. I had to change treadmills after 5 miles so I could stare out of the window.

Legs a bit more tired today. Pulse 160bpm at cruising velocity my new toy tells me. No niggles. Nothing.

Looking forward to Sunday's race. Apparently there's $300 up for grabs.
