Heavy legs

9M - double; recovery run x2
6M am at ~6.45min/M
3M pm at ~7.00min/M

This was my worst day since I started this blogging business. I was planning a VO2 max (12x800m) session in the evening... which was probably a bad idea any way as I have a long run tomorrow. Anyway, when I got out there my legs were feeling dreadful and achy and there was nothing in them. I decided to call it a day and preserve what energy I have for tomorrow.
