Tue 13/7 - 15M; double; 5M recovery run at 7.30min/M & 10M gen aerobic at 6.00min/M
Wed 14/7 - 10M gen aerobic at 6.00min/M
Thu 15/7 - 20M; double; 6M recovery at 6.45min/M & 14M fartlek incl 24x400m at ~70s
Fri 16/7 - Rest
Sat 17/7 - Rest
Sun 18/7 - 10M; including 8.46M race at 5.27min/M
TOTAL - 60M
