Just 6 - and the knee held out

6M - recovery run at 6.40min/M

Just 6 today to ease my knee back into things. It was ok(ish)... A couple of times it gave a hefty twinge. But the rest of the time and now, back at the flat, it's fine. Funny. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

I'm back in London. My 23C run seemed beautifully cool after the heat of Philly.
