6 and some weights

6M - recovery run with pack at ~7.00min/M

This is my regular Monday gig now. A really gentle one to work with my pack and some weights. Because of my tiredness over the last week or so I decided to go properly slow today. No watch, so might have been slower than I guessed. But it was nice. Ron's advice is that I should run by feel more than by my watch.
