Thu 27/9 - 17M double; 5M recov & 12M incl 6x1K off 60s jog
Fri 28/9 - 17M double; 7M recov & 10M a bit more than steady run
Sat 29/9 - Rest
Sun 30/9 - 13M incl 12M cross-country tempo
TOTAL - 88M
