Six and six

12M double; recovery runs x2
6M am recovery run at ~9.00min/M
6M pm recovery run at ~6.45min/M

Recovery today. Very gently in the morning with Y around the Heath. And then more speedily around the perimeter roads in the evening.  I'm pretty sure I ran past Dave Bedford, but resisted the temptation to stop and embarrass myself (and him).
