Recovery

7M am recovery run

Just one today. A nice easy recovery run around and through the Heath. I really need to get a grip and learn some good routes through the Heath - I spend too little time there given where I live. And too much time running on the rounds circling it. It was a cracking morning for a run. A good start to what turned into a great day.
